Exterior Façade Renovation

Project Description

This iconic Wausau Insurance property was acquired by Aspirus Inc. in 2017, the initial objective for the property was to renovate the original corporate headquarters building to fit the needs of the Aspirus Inc. Corporate Headquarters. The project consisted of cleaning and repairing the exterior façade precast panels, installation of custom metal wall caps and roof copings, maintenance repairs to windows, sealant joints and preformed metal plaza wall panels.

• Precast wall crack and patching repairs
